On Jan. 17th, 2012 I hired and paid All American Auto Transport to carry my car from Brooklyn, NY to LA, California. The car pick up was scheduled for Jan 30th. On Feb 3rd my car was still parked in NY. Each time I called, they'd read from a script and say they were working on getting a driver. Almost two weeks later, my car was still in Brooklyn, NY and I was in LA with NO CAR.
On February 7th I spoke with Tony and he agreed to reimburse me in full since they had been unable to get a carrier. Ten days later my $915 had not been credited to my account. Each time I called, Tony would promised it would be there within a few days. Two weeks later, he said he was calling corporate about it. Then Tony said they were putting the credit thru manually because the automated credit didn't go thru. He constantly rushed me off the phone, I pointed out to Tony that it had been 18 days. Tony, I assume is the manager, became annoyed with me and hung up on me TWICE. So much for customer service.
I was lied to by this company for an entire month. Tony, the manager, always said, " call me back." Tony never once tried to contact my or apologize for the inconvenience. All American Auto Transport employees were unkind and abrasive, except when they took my money.
These guys are CROOKS and they will attempt to steal your money.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
